Delete Your Regos Account

Users can request permanent deletion of their Regos account. This page explains what deletion means, what data is removed, what may be retained, and how to submit a request.

Public access: This page is available without signing in and can be used for Google Play account deletion review.

What deletion removes

Deleting your account removes or disables account-level information associated with your personal Regos user identity, including:

  • Authentication account, where technically possible through the active deletion workflow.
  • Personal profile information such as name and email address.
  • Organization membership associated with your user account, where applicable.
  • Stored user preferences such as theme, notification, or workspace preferences.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary for security, auditing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or organization continuity. This may include audit logs, compliance evidence, generated reports, historical organization records, and backup records that expire under normal backup retention schedules.

If your account belongs to an organization workspace, organization-owned compliance records may remain available to authorized workspace administrators and members.

How to request deletion

  1. Inside the Regos app: sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings ? Account ? Delete Account.
  3. Review the deletion notice and confirm the request.
  4. If prompted, type DELETE to confirm permanent deletion.
  5. After completion, you will be signed out and your account deletion request will be processed.

If you cannot access your account, email dpo@team.bwe.one from the email address associated with your Regos account. Include ?Regos Account Deletion Request? in the subject line.

Deletion timeline

Active account deletion begins immediately after a verified request. Some operational records may take up to 30 days to be removed from backups or supporting systems. Records retained for legal, regulatory, security, or audit reasons may be retained for the period required by applicable law or internal compliance obligations.

Identity verification

For requests made by email, Regos may verify that the requester controls the account email address or is authorized to act for the relevant organization. This protects users and organizations from unauthorized deletion requests.
